Bauma 2028 Munich - World’s Leading Trade Fair for Construction Machinery
Bauma Messe Munich 2028 opens its doors at the Trade Fair Center from 3 to 9 April, marking the 35th edition of a show that construction and mining professionals plan their year around. The show is spread across halls that take most visitors more than a day to properly cover. As a genuine earthmoving machinery exhibition, it keeps its position as the industry’s biggest meeting point.
Bauma construction equipment exhibition covers everything from small attachments to entire fleets. For mining-focused visitors, the drilling equipment trade fair pulls a much wider international crowd.
Software and connectivity get their own spotlight in the digital construction technology exhibition zones. While an increasingly visible electric construction machinery trade show presence signals where a lot of manufacturers are placing their R&D bets.

There are five key themes at Bauma 2028 Messe München and dozens of halls, displaying-
- This heavy machinery trade show pulls in a concentration of fleet buyers and rental companies looking to place large orders in one visit.
- Even in a crowded category, the excavator trade fair still gets noticed by operators comparing cab design and controls in person.
